I came to work for Crouch, Slavin and Co in July 2007. I had known Gary Crouch for several years prior to that, and had always had a lot of respect for
him and what the company stood for. Crouch Slavin’s reputation was flawless in the software industry and Sage business partner community. I knew I
wanted to be a part of that team. My only hesitation was the company name…as a Sales consultant, you can just imagine the jokes I encountered
every time I said it! We thankfully went through a rebranding and name change in 2008 and now have a great name to go along with a great company, CS3
Technology.

I served as President of Dallas-HR in 2010, am currently a District Director for the Texas State Council, and of course am the Queen of Fun at CS3,
because I am, in fact, really fun. I feel like my strong involvement in the HR community helps me better serve our clients and potential clients, which
is ultimately what CS3 is all about.

What is your favorite movie line?

“It wasn’t us, Dad. It was ‘Roy’", from the movie Overboard with Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell. This classic, and I use that term lightly, has been
a favorite in our house for the last 15 years and we’ve probably watched it about 100 times. My husband and daughters can quote almost every line and
will often just pop up with one at the most random times. Most people think we’re crazy, but this movie makes us laugh out loud each and every time.
Cough. Cough. “I think I just ate a bug!”

Best recipe you’ve ever found:

As a pseudo gourmet cook, I am always searching for new dishes to dazzle my family and friends . When I actually use a recipe, I have a standard cookbook
that is my ‘go to’ favorite –The New McCall’s Cookbook (1973). The Italian spaghetti sauce is amazing! Over the years, I have tweaked it to make it
my own, mainly adding some diced yellow pepper, extra garlic and about twice as much white wine as is called for. Everything goes better with wine!

Favorite Word:

Family. Or maybe Love. To me they’re one and the same.

What is your favorite TV show?

The one I starred in, of course…Family Feud. When I was in my very early 20’s, my family was on the Feud and we were terrible. My mom claimed
to be a chimney sweep, my citified sister said her favorite activities were fishing (Ha!) and bowling, and I was mortified. Maybe I should rethink
my favorite show and consider this to be one of my most embarrassing moments.

Most beautiful place on earth:

Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands. Breathtaking beaches, crystal clear waters, fabulous memories. Enough said.

Movie that always makes you cry:

Armageddon. That last scene when Bruce Willis is saying good-bye to his daughter gets me every time. It brings back the sadness of when I lost my
Dad.

What is the best fad ever?

Shoulder pads. I mean, who doesn’t want to look like a linebacker?

What is the worst word in the English language?

Moist…yuk. That word should never be used in ANY sentence. Ever.
