Notable improvements include the introduction of tenure-based entitlement for leave of absence, improved display of time sheet schedule hours over midnight shifts, and enhanced Time and Labor Management features.

Payroll improvements include new columns in earnings and deductions reports and a mass edit autocorrect feature for taxes in employee payroll maintenance.

These include improved system-generated email tracking and troubleshooting, the introduction of "My Hub" for centralized access to employee self-service forms, and enhanced security measures, including a reduced minimum password length to 8 characters.
