Initially, the focus of the tools will be on compensation, with additional benchmarking of time data planned for the future. It's important to note that benchmarks respect the privacy of both your company and employees. In fact, at the source, the identity of both the company and employees is anonymized.
Within your company, security is carefully layered with two profiles: The Security Profile and the External Benchmark Profile. This means data is summarized and aggregated for comparison, ensuring that no company-specific data, other than your own, is visible.
