I was first introduced to CS3 when they purchased i.c. bleu back in 2004. At that time, I began as a contractor for them implementing and training on Payroll/HR software and Crystal Reports. 9 years later, I officially joined the team as a full time employee in February, 2015. I have worked with PR/HR software for since 1998 in several different levels from sales to implementation and still love what I do today. When approached about becoming an employee of CS3, I knew it was a perfect fit. I have enjoyed working with everyone CS3, and look forward to many more years with this wonderful group.
What things keep you busy outside of work that makes you better at work?
Volunteering in our schools, church and community. I enjoy volunteering in my children’s school and in several community projects. Another love of mine is cooking.……my husband and I built a brick fired pizza oven named Happy Dog Pizza, that we love to entertain with. We enjoy having friends and family over and create new and crazy types of pizzas. The most made in one night is 81 since each pizza cooks in less than 3 minutes. To tie this into our love for giving back, we have for the last 3 years donated a pizza party for 20 couples to be auctioned off to benefit St Vincent Men’s Shelter in our town. Last year we raised over $3,000.00 on this one party.
You are a diehard fan of?
My children. I love to watch them grow and learn in all the things that they do. Ty plays on a travel basketball and Baseball team and enjoys pitching, catching and playing 3rd base. Callie is a true girly girl and enjoys fashion and her American Girl dolls but also plays basketball and soccer.
So why the white suit?
Because I had a purple car
What was your weirdest job?
I was the mascot in a parade…Bucky Cluck – yes, a chicken. My dad owns a franchise for Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken and my best friend and I dressed up as mascots….she was the pink panther. Lots of fun.
Favorite childhood memory:
Showing horses…showed nationally for 3 years, holding several state titles and was ranked in the top 5 in the nation. My niece, Lauren has carried on the family tradition of horses as she will be joining Auburn’s equestrian’s team in the fall of 2015.
Bed and Breakfast or Tent?
Camper! It is the combination of both. My husband introduced me to tent camping when we first met and after a couple years and two children, we settled on a camper. We love to camp as a family since it is a way for all of us to “unplug and defrag” while creating great family memories.
