I joined the HR Consulting team several months ago as an HCM Consultant. My main role is to Implement and Service Scissortail TLM and Accruals. I also assist with the HR, Benefits and Payroll consultants.
The most Natural Service Pillar for me, well there are two that I think go hand in hand. Be Authentic and Protect your Integrity. These are things I learned at a very young age from my parents. My dad was a mechanic, and my mom owned a little burrito shop. It is hard to provide a good honest service that you can hang your name on knowing how much people love their cars and food. To this day my brothers and I still hear some great stories about how our parents ran their businesses. Being respectful and honest and providing service people appreciate occurs when each transaction is accompanied with integrity.
Saludos desde El Paso Texas, (Greeting From El Paso,Texas)!
I work from my home in El Paso,Texas. The most exciting thing happening here is that my office mates, (Coco and Lucky, my cats) think that when I am on a call they need to talk too.
The first half of this year is over and we are finally moving in a great direction after COVID. I have a couple of new Time and Labor Management implementations and am looking forward to more projects. I am always learning more new and exciting things here at CS3. UKG, formerly Kronos continually adds new features and functions to the Scissortail product. That keeps me on my toes.
Cannot wait for Birthday gatherings with my friends and visiting the family. My hometown is Wink, Texas. I have a house there as well as family, so I am looking forward to spending more time there enjoying the slow pace of a small town. But most important, I know it’s still a few months away, but I am already excited about my Dallas Cowboys.
