Rhonda Siex is this month’s Employee of the Month. Rhonda is a lifelong learner and organizes her life around ways to improve herself - as well as those around her. The ability to constantly challenge yourself as well as push yourself forward is not a trait that is easy to find, and it is a vital benefit to our organization. Over the past few months, Rhonda has taken the lead on several projects as well as jumped into shadow on our new Scissortail implementations. She has also spoken at two different MGMA events and has been added to the Speakers Bureau for future speaking opportunities.
In a short amount of time, Rhonda has gotten plugged into the TAHRA group and is on the Education Committee which is not an easy task. Rhonda is extremely thoughtful and is not afraid to voice her opinion or give thoughts on processes and procedures that could be improved at CS3.
