I attended the July meeting for the Arts & Entertainment Crew of Tulsa's Young Professionals. There are some exciting things happening in and around Tulsa, and we want to make sure those of you in Tulsa are aware of everything going on!

- Reasor's has opened a new location at 41st and Peoria - which is right by our offices!
- The second annual Next/Now Fashion show is has found their local fashion designers! It was also just announced that they are teaming up with Kendra Scott Utica Square, and they will be hosting an event to benefit the Tulsa's Young Professionals Foundation on Monday, September 21. Make sure you remember to get tickets when they are available and see the great local fashion at NEXT/NOW on October 1.
- The 100th First Friday Art Crawl is Friday, October 2 at Guthrie Green. There will be a jazz band and performers from Tulsa Spotlight Theatre, and of course all the local art around town!
- The TYPros Bring it to Tulsa group has a new project - they're working on bringing Google Fiber to Tulsa! This is the third project - the first two were successful in bringing both Uber and Trader Joes into town.

The next meeting will be held at the new Urban 8 Townhomes downtown. Can't wait to see all the great things popping up in town. Tulsa is really growing, and I'm excited that it is a more attractive place for young professionals to put down some roots.  If you would like any more information on when and where TYPros events are taking place, visit their website.
