I really gleaned some great insight at this month’s luncheon for the Eastern Oklahoma Chapter of the Medical Group Management Association (EOMGMA).
Darcy Swift, CEO of Swift Staffing Solutions, gave a presentation called Recruiting Ins and Outs from a Professional. Darcy shared best practices on how to manage and review applications, conduct quality interviews, manage staff during the first 90 days and transition out if needed. This was helpful not only for employers and hiring mangers but also for job seekers. Darcy makes it very easy to see why you should or shouldn’t put something on your resume or do something during an interview or in preparation for a job interview; from both the employer and the candidate perspective.
