We are so excited about the formal rollout of our CS3 SERV Access Plans. We initially announced them back in February 2012. A few of our clients were ‘early adopters’ of the access plans. We have continued to make revisions over the past few months to insure they will yield a high value to each of our clients. Now the “test drive phase” is complete. Over the next 3 months, we will be forwarding details to all our clients on the benefits, how the plans work and the associated costs. The plans are built around solving problems, not billing hours. By March 1st, 2013 all our clients will have full information on how they will be transitioned from hourly billings to one of our four plan offerings. Keep an eye on our website and watch for US mail and email with all the details. Chris Luttrell and I will be available to answer any of your questions.
