It seems September was another stellar month for employees exhibiting great characteristics in serving our customers. Once again, the management team felt the two winners for the month each deserved the recognition which simply could not be deferred (because we have more for October!) Look for Improvements. Your relationship is based on trust and your ability to find and create solutions. Help your client identify needs they might not be aware of by looking past the immediate pain and finding the root cause. Propose solutions or further research with the goal of developing alternatives.

She looks and finds improvements in her position, but as frequently sees areas of improvement throughout the firm.
