Scott Kroh - October Employee of the Month

Scott Kroh is the recipient for the CS3 Employee of the Month award. Scott called on a business partner this month while developing the CS3 referral network. He met with them and asked what THEY needed in referrals. He spent his time focusing on their firm, what a good client would look like for them, and how we could help grow their business. The next morning he received a call from the business partner; they had a lead for CS3. Scott’s rule: focus on others and opportunity will come your way. This aligns perfectly with our service pillar “Focus on Delivering Value – Everything you do for a client should provide a return on their investment. Just because you CAN do something, does not mean that you SHOULD.“ Whether you are working on a task for a client, a referral partner, or CS3 focusing on the value will always pay big dividends for everyone. Each month CS3 acknowledges an employee that has displayed exemplary behavior that aligns with one of the CS3 Service Pillars. These Pillars establish the standards for consistent, high quality service each on which each of our clients rely. Scott handles business development for CS3, focusing on Sage100 ERP and Intacct.
