By now you should have received information from Sage regarding the new client portal. Our consultants no longer have the ability to see support tickets by default. Sage has empowered their users to grant permissions to their resellers to view support tickets. As your business partner we are requesting that you allow us to see your support tickets so that we can serve you better when you need us. Q: How do I give access to my Reseller to see and open Support Tickets on my behalf? A: Log on to the Customer Portal. Select Profile > Profile Details on the menu bar. Check the box next to "Allow my Reseller to see my support tickets" and click the Save button at the bottom of the screen. Your Reseller will be able to see tickets starting from that point forward, they will not be able to see any Support Tickets created before that check box was selected and saved.
