Our recognition this month goes to a new kid on the block, but one who has jumped in with both feet and really progressed quickly. We always assume there
will be a pretty steep learning curve preparing a new team member for technical and soft skills. Well, not this time.
Under-Promise, Over-Deliver. Always be conservative in your estimates and promises, then deliver more than what is expected.
Sharon came on board CS3 in the early part of July. When onboarding a new employee we set goals for the education we want them to accomplish in their first three to six months. Sharon’s onboarding plan was for her to complete three Acumatica certifications during the initial 90 day period. Not only did Sharon complete the three requested certifications we asked for, but she also completed two additional for a total of FIVE Acumatica certifications in her first 90 days. In addition, she has taken major responsibilities on one of our Acumatica customer projects, as well as documenting the CS3 processes resulting from our own internal implementation.
Sharon has far exceeded what we had anticipated her doing in 2017 and is well on her way to achieving great things. Tremendous job Sharon!
