November's "BE AUTHENTIC" 18 Essential Behavior Winner

Our “18 Essential Behaviors” recognition program is off to a great start! The first behavior “Be Authentic” brought in several great nominations for our executive team to consider. Nominations included Mary Anne Giezentanner, Director of HR for WinSystems, Inc (Arlington, Texas), Kevin Cox, General Manager of Operations with Financial Equipment Company (Jenks, OK), and Alan Lister, Controller with The Hardesty Family Foundation (Tulsa, OK). Each of these outstanding individuals exemplify the qualities we consistently seek for this program; however, we can only have one winner each month. So, without further ado….drum roll please…..this month’s winner is Alan Lister, Controller, The Hardesty Family Foundation (applause, applause, applause, applause)
Here is what was submitted with Alan’s nomination: As a sales rep, most of my encounters with our clients are, of course, during the sales cycle. I recently asked Alan to assist me with the kick off of our new SERV plan. When I requested that he candidly share his perceptions of the plan, he was happy to assist. His honest critique will allow me to improve this product for other clients. He was 'brutally' honest without being brutal. I think it is a fair assumption that this professional, authentic behavior is appreciated by this co-workers at The Hardesty Family Foundation as well. Way to go, Alan. Keep up the good work.
