Congratulation to Jim Scheithauer who was nominated as CS3 Employee of the Month for October. Jim exemplified out 4th Service Pillar:
Engage in Knowledge Transfer – Knowledge transfer has occurred when your client is self-sufficient in their day-to-day operations. Multiple methods are employed including training, mentoring, hands-on experience, and interactions to insure success.
Jim helped the team at Southern Illinois Power Cooperative with their Sage HRMS migration from Abra Suite. When the project started they were a bit nervous about the change. Throughout the project he helped make sure they felt comfortable with each step by ensuring they had full understanding.
Corina Horn, of Southern Illinois Power, shared, “One thing that really sticks out is his willingness to try to explain the way the new software works. This helped me understand more of the workings of the software so that I can trouble shoot things before I have to resort to calling him. I also liked when, after my Crystal class, we were working on Crystal reports and he would let me try to troubleshoot the report setup while he was watching. This helped reinforce the training sessions I had and learn even more.”
The project went very smoothly and was finished on time and on budget!
Jim has been with CS3 Technology for over 10 years assisting Sage Abra and Sage HRMS clients with implementations and day-to-day support.
