Focus on Delivering Value: Everything you do for a client should provide a return on their investment. Just because you CAN do something, does not mean that you SHOULD.

Darrell received an email from a client who was not on a SERV plan. The question was one which, on the surface, could have been easily answered, but he realized there was more to the issue than initially disclosed. Just because he COULD didn’t mean that he SHOULD, and he asked Jessica to follow up with the client. Jessica’s conversation opened the door to additional discovery of an older system needing an upgrade. The result was an interaction which would solve specific problems for the client and the start of more open communications about future needs. Thanks Darrell for focusing on the customers’ needs rather than taking the easiest route!
