February Employee of the Month - Chris Luttrell

Chris Luttrell is being recognized as employee of the month for exemplifying one of our 18 Service Pillars: Look for Improvements- Your relationship is based on trust and your ability to find and create solutions. Help your client identify needs they might not be aware of by looking past the immediate pain and find the root cause. Propose solutions or further research with the goal of developing alternatives. Chris took over the responsibility of our company newsletter several months ago. Her client, the owners of CS3, saw their immediate pain as "finding someone that could write quality content." Chris certainly met and exceeded that goal. However, she looked past that stated need. She saw the existing layout and delivery method was hindering our readership. After the improvements Chris introduced, readership doubled! Congratulations Chris! Thanks for all the improvements. CS3 management is now able to communicate much more clearly to our clients. The clients obviously appreciate it as well! Chris and her husband live in Allen, Texas. They have three adult daughters that also live in the Dallas area. Chris is the Client Account manager for all ERP and HRMS software. Most importantly, Chris is the official Queen of Fun here at CS3, making sure this office full of CPA's finds time to enjoy themselves.
