I am delighted to announce some new and exciting changes that will affect all our customers. Effective March 1, 2013, CS3 will no longer bill for services and support on an hourly basis. Many customers have requested a better way to manage annual support costs, and our CS3 SERV Access Plans will effectively provide that. You may wonder, why the change? A CS3 SERV Access Plan provides:

  • Unlimited Access to our consultants
  • Predictable annual support costs
  • Guaranteed response times
  • Continuous system improvements

In January, you will be receiving a complete brochure outlining the plan specifics for each service level. Beginning the first week in February, a CS3 SERV Access Plan agreement will be sent for your review. The agreement will include specific pricing for your company. After reviewing your various options, we are requesting you submit your choice of plans by February 28, 2013.

We understand this is a big change, but our team is here to guide you through the transition. We want our customers to receive value from their system and their relationship with CS3 Technology. We are confident that the value you will see from this change will increase your firms’ profitability.
