A CS3 SERV Access Plan provides:
In January, you will be receiving a complete brochure outlining the plan specifics for each service level. Beginning the first week in February, a CS3 SERV Access Plan agreement will be sent for your review. The agreement will include specific pricing for your company. After reviewing your various options, we are requesting you submit your choice of plans by February 28, 2013.
We understand this is a big change, but our team is here to guide you through the transition. We want our customers to receive value from their system and their relationship with CS3 Technology.
