Never assume anything.
We work with so many HR and Payroll professionals each month that know all the in's and out's of reporting requirements. I just assume that all you know all the rules. However, today as I was talking with a client I was surprised to find out they did not know about the EE0-1 reporting requirements.
So this quick little blog is to let you know you have to file if you meet either of these conditions:
* You have 100 or more employees
* You have 50 or more employees and $50,000 in annual government contracts

If you are on Sage Abra or Sage HRMS there is an EE0-1 report that comes with your product.
