I am so pleased that Gary and Shawn, the owners of CS3 Technology, consistently invest in education for our team.
Today I attended the 2014 Ethics Updated that was hosted by the OSCPA. Our presenter was J. Michael Inzina from Altec.
As a business consulting firm, the investment in education is premium. Regardless of the topic, the knowledge expands the offerings we can bring to our clients.
So we always have the opportunity for a wide range of topics we can elect to take. This past year alone I have had taken classes on social media marketing, sales process, inventory management, accounting for healthcare and today ethics. I have also had education on very specific products that we represent, specifically Sage and Acumatica.
With the changes in the delivery of software, going to the cloud, I plan on investing most of my time this coming year with Software as a Service (SaaS), cloud based accounting, and hosted solutions. We have had a HUGE increase in inquiries for these types of solutions.
Every employee in the firm is required to layout an education plan at the beginning of each year.
Then those plans are review quarterly. Our customers continue to reap the benefit of the CS3 team with each and every engagement.
