I have been attending the Barry Rhein "Selling Through Curiosity" workshop over the past few weeks. I highly recommend this training for your sales and marketing team. The basic philosophy of his teaching is simple: You best serve your customer when you fully understand their issues. Not just the immediate problem, but how their organization works, their company culture and their decision making process. This training will help any organization, no matter what product you bring to the market. Whether you sell shoes, furniture, office equipment, accounting services or ERP software this training is spot on. The course I took was a 40 hour web based training that spanned over a month.
