CS3 Technology Gears Up for Tour de Cure-Tulsa

Team CS3 prepares to support the American Diabetes Association’s largest fundraiser of the year.

Tulsa, OK – March 24, 2015 – Every year CS3 Technology pulls together to support the American Diabetes Association’s largest fundraiser of the year, the Tour de Cure. Donations are used for diabetes research, education, and advocacy.

Brandi Clymer, CS3’s HR Consulting Manager and Red Rider, is the Team Leader. She began supporting the Tour de Cure in 2005, and helped CS3 begin the annual tradition. She will join thousands of other Red Riders on the day of the event, wearing a designated jersey. “After being diagnosed I wanted to get involved and find a way to personally contribute to the efforts of finding a cure,” Clymer stated. “I’m involved every year because the Tour de Cure isn’t just any bike ride – it is an inspirational event that brings so many people together.”

The team’s goal is for 100 percent participation from all employees, whether that entails signing up to ride, volunteering on the day of the event, or donating to the team. “I’m proud of all our employees’ participation in the past, and we are looking forward to continuing our support of Brandi Clymer and the American Diabetes Association,” said Gary Grouch, President of CS3.

The team has already begun training and fundraising. Those who join Team CS3 will receive a $26 donation to get them started, to represent the 26 million Americans with diabetes. Each employee will also receive the 2015 Team CS3 Tour de Cure t-shirt. The company will contribute an additional $500 to the team if the goal of $4,000 is reached. A $500 donation will also be given to the CS3 team member who raises the most funds over $500.

Each rider must raise a minimum of $200 prior to the day of the Tulsa event. To support Team CS3 in the 2015 Tulsa Tour de Cure by joining the team of riders or donating, visit the official Tour de Cure team page.
