Lisa will focus on helping CS3’s HRMS clients with implementation and support allowing them to maximize the utilization of technology tools.
Tulsa, OK – April 28, 2014 – CS3 Technology is pleased to welcome Lisa Simpson as Senior Application Consultant. Lisa will be responsible for implementation and support of the CS3 HR and Payroll product offerings including Sage HRMS, time collection and recruiting software.
Since 1992 Lisa has been helping businesses be more successful with technology tools. Her diverse career includes working in both ERP and HRMS software implementations and training. Lisa’s educational background in English and her years in technology uniquely qualify her for coaching her clients on to success.

“I always knew I would be an educator,” said Lisa, “but I also knew that public education was not for me. As my career launched, I was so excited to find the perfect career path in the software industry. I get to teach technology every day, whether that is during a new implementation or day-to-day support. It is so exciting for me when a client really ‘buys in’ to the solution, knowing their job just got easier.”
Lisa lives in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma where she participates in community theatre as often as her schedule allows. She especially likes musicals. She has two sons; Michael lives in Chicago and Devin is a sophomore at the University of Oklahoma. She is also very involved with the singles group at the Church at BattleCreek, teaching adult classes.
