CS3 SERV Value Access Service Plan™ Open Enrollment Has Begun

Many of you have inquired about the SERV Plans which became available March 1, 2013. For those of you that did not purchase a plan, by default you are now on the “SERV Off Plan” option. You want an “On Plan” option now? Not a problem! Each plan covers one year beginning the date of your agreement. So you may elect to go “On Plan” at any time. Many of our customers elected one of the three options: Essential, Reserve or VIP. These three options were designed to meet the unique requirements of our clients, providing various levels of support based on need and budget. Each of the plans provides: •Unlimited Access to our consultants •Predictable annual support costs •Guaranteed response times •Continuous system improvements These plans were designed for our Intacct clients, SAGE 100 clients (formerly known as Sage MAS90 or Sage MAS200), Sage PFW clients and our Sage HRMS clients (formerly known as Sage Abra). If you have decided that one of the three “on plan” options better meets your needs rather than the “Off Plan” option, it is NOT too late.
