Our Service Pillar Award winner for February, Scott Kroh, always Focuses on Delivering Value – Everything you do for a client should provide a return on their investment. Just because you CAN do something, does not mean that you SHOULD.
For the past 6 months, Scott has engaged a large majority of the CS3 clients to review the CS3 SERV Access Plan. Knowing that each client will benefit from a plan, Scott is a true believer in the value for each customer in adopting one of the three levels that are available to them. Scott has helped each client determine which plan will yield a positive return on investment as well as which plan best fits their overall service needs. He is a believer that each client will have a better operation after they adopt their SERV plan since the client will then be able to leverage the knowledge of the CS3 consultants any time they need us.
Scott’s genuine concern for every client is evident. He does not want anyone to struggle with a problem alone because he knows an answer is just a phone call away.
