Look for Improvements: Your relationship is based on trust and your ability to find and create solutions. Help your client identify needs they might not be aware of by looking past the immediate pain and finding the root cause. Propose solutions or further research with the goal of developing alternatives.
Linda Hollingsworth is this month’s Employee of the Month as she is ALWAYS actively Looking for Improvements for CS3 and our Customers. She interacts with her fellow PMI professionals through their association and others professionals. Linda recently brought the sales team two referrals sources and two leads. In addition, she also referred a couple of possible future employees to the organization.
Linda participates in the local PMI chapter and has taken on the role of chairing the PMI speakers. She has not only had our own CS3 speakers help at PMI, but is also watching for interesting speakers which CS3 may want to utilize in the future.
Linda continues to think about how we can improve the project management role for everyone’s benefit. In case you guys have not heard, she is really excited about the possibilities of using Agile Planning to help us better manage projects (she plans on declaring each of you SCRUM aficionados). She is currently trying out the agile method on a couple of CS3 projects and is refining it with testing to determine how it might work best for CS3 and our clients.
Thank you, Linda, for going the extra mile and Always Looking for Improvements.
