Jessica had only been with us for weeks before she saw ways to improve our processes and effectiveness. She quickly saw that our process identifying pending software purchases could be streamlined with a simple KnowledgeSync alert which Darrell quickly implemented. This really helped Chris out and our visibility into pending software purchases is now crystal clear.
