CS3 Technology has 18 Service Pillars that are used to guide and measure the quality of consulting for each engagement. Service Pillar #18 is Know When You are in Over Your Head and #11 is Project A Positive Attitude. The following nomination was submitted by Shawn Slavin: Beth Welch was recently challenged with a Sage 100 migration. She quickly leaned on her team members, Sage and the Sage partner community, 90 Minds, to provide the additional information she needed to complete the data migration. The project was on a tight deadline which could have been very stressful for the client. But she projected a positive attitude with the client team infusing a "can do" spirit that lead to success! Beth has been with CS3 for 2 years. Her focus is on our Sage 100 and Intacct ERP solutions. Beth is also certified in Adaptive Planning, our budgeting and forecasting tool.
