Send button removed from reports in Version 9

Beginning with Abra Suite Version 9, for all reports, the Send button from prior Sage Abra versions (to print the report to a PDF file) has been removed from all Report List pages. The Send button has been removed due to problems encountered with loading an unsupported PDF driver. Alternatively, you may print a report to a PDF file and then use your email application to send the PDF file as an attachment.
Print within the report and create a PDF file with the file name of your choice. PrimoPDF® saves the file, opens the file, or automatically attaches the file to a new email. Most PDF printers/PDF converters can be configured to open the newly created PDF file, and then the viewer in which the PDF file opens allows one to easily email the PDF file from within Adobe or other PDF viewer being used. This is an easier option than opening an email, choosing to attach a file, and then browsing to that file.
Note: Send button in the File Export Options dialog box remains with Abra Suite version 9. This Send button is used to open the Microsoft Outlook® email application to send the exported file as an email attachment. If Outlook is not enabled on the computer, the file will be exported to the default export directory in Abra Suite at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Sage\AbraSuite\Data\Export folder.
