Scott Kroh has been selected for the March Employee of the Month for his outstanding work on expanding the adoption of our CS3 SERV Plans.
During his evaluations with our customer Scott has identified several areas of improvements that will provide more value to the clients under the SERV plans and improve the process for each client as they engage with CS3 when they are requesting services. He has found several areas that can be streamlined and areas that need clarification for the client.
Most importantly, he has many suggestions that will provide added value to each client that is on our plan. We will be introducing these new offerings in early summer.

Help your client identify needs they might not be aware of by looking past the immediate pain and find the root cause. Propose solutions or further research with the goal of developing alternatives.
