Tina Crouch is the recipient for May employee of the month by displaying our 14th CS3 Service Pillar – Look for Improvements. Since her transition to a full time employee, Tina has assumed all the responsibilities for content generation, vetting other team members content and the delivery of that information to our blog and social media channels. Tina consistently looks for ways to improve the connections with our clients and prospects by producing content in an way that is fun and engaging. As a result a quarter over quarter comparison reveals that people coming to our website from Facebook increased from 13 to 118, Twitter from 15 to 74 and LinkedIn from 33 to 53.
- Look for Improvements – Your relationship is based on trust and your ability to find and create solutions. Help your client identify needs they might not be aware of by looking past the immediate pain and find the root cause. Propose solutions or further research with the goal of developing alternatives.
