The February program meeting for the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association (TAHRA) featured guest speaker Greg Peck with Aon Hewitt. Greg has over twenty five years of consulting experience in the areas of HR strategy, leadership, compensation, and talent management.
In an increasingly challenging battle for talent, analytics is the best opportunity to identify critical business needs to provide better decision making. Driving value through human capital analytics will be a strategic imperative over the next few years. I learned why a data strategy is important to HR. In addition, I learned the value of a fact based approach to decision making and how to develop a strategy to determine where data and research can deliver the best business results.
