Holly comes to CS3 Advisors with 16+ years of diverse human resources and management experience in both the for-profit and non-profit realms. She has hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development and analysis, training and development, and benefits administration.
Prior to joining the CS3 Advisors team, Holly held a Senior Vice President of Human Resources role for a large non-profit organization, where she supported 500+ employees and partnered with the leadership team to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business initiatives and goals.
In her 12+ year’s tenure at that organization, Holly managed a team of 6 and was responsible for developing and implementing a new performance management system with a team of employees and supervisors that resulted in saving the supervisors substantial time and increased morale. She also successfully adjusted the benefit offerings to employees and retirees that reduced the risk to the organization by $11 million and substantially reduced medical claims. In addition, Holly implemented a new HRIS system that integrated with other internal systems and saved the organization over $250,000 annually. She likewise implemented a new Employee Service Award program which helped increase employee engagement and lowered turnover costs. Holly was also responsible for the development and delivery of supervisor training, HR Compliance to include EEO, DOL, FLSA, management of compensation and benefits programs, coordination of federal accreditation, development of policy and procedures related to regulatory compliance on both the state and federal level, and developing and managing a personnel budget of over $21 million.
